I've found that as I pray for my garden, my seed, for the fruit to ripen, praying to know where the food should go not only makes me feel I'm doing the Lord's work, but I'm listening.
It could go into my pantry, my neighbors, someone at church, or a complete stranger.
Letting go of "I GREW THIS IT HAS WORTH," to the Lord helped me grow this for all has made all the difference in giving.
