A New Guided Journey for Our Paid Community 🌿
40 Days of Health & Healing
Over the coming weeks, I’ll be inviting our paid community into something slower, steadier, and deeply intentional.
We’ll be walking together through 40 Days of Health & Healing, one week at a time.
This will not be a daily content push.
It won’t require catching up.
And it isn’t about doing everything “right.”
Instead, it’s an invitation to heal—spiritually and physically—through Scripture, reflection, and gentle stewardship of the body God designed.
What This Will Look Like
Each week, I’ll share a paid-only post that includes:
The Scriptures for that week from 40 Days of Health & Healing
A daily reflection prompt for each day
A short weekly anchor to help tie the days together
A space to reflect quietly—or engage if you feel led
We’ll move through the journal at a pace that allows room for listening, not striving.
Why We’re Doing This Together
Healing can feel isolating.
Even when we’re doing good things—reading Scripture, journaling, caring for our bodies—it’s easy to feel like we’re walking alone.
This series is meant to be companionship, not pressure.
A shared rhythm.
A reminder that healing often unfolds slowly, faithfully, and quietly.
You don’t need to be “ready.”
You don’t need to be consistent.
You only need to be willing.
A Gentle Reminder
This guided journey aligns with the 40 Days of Health & Healing Scripture Journal. As part of your paid subscription, you receive digital access to the full journal.
If you’re new here or haven’t downloaded it yet, please check your email for the link—it was sent when you subscribed. That digital journal will serve as a companion to each week’s Scriptures and reflections as we walk through this season together.
If you already have a printed copy, you’re welcome to use that instead. There’s no right or wrong way to participate—only an invitation to move through this gently and faithfully.
When We Begin
Our first weekly post will be shared soon.
I’m grateful to walk this path with you—and I’m praying that this season brings clarity, restoration, and peace in ways that are uniquely personal to each of us.
With grace,
Connie 🤍
