40 Days of Health & Healing
Week 6: Living Sustained — Carrying Healing Forward in Daily Life
A Beginning Focused on Continuance
As we enter this final full week, the emphasis shifts to how healing is carried forward.
God does not restore us only to send us back into old patterns of depletion. He heals so that life—abundant, sustained, and rooted in Him—can take shape in our daily choices, rhythms, and mindset.
This week invites us to consider what it looks like to live from what God has restored rather than returning to what once drained us.
This Week’s Scriptures & Reflections
Move through these days at your own pace. There is no finishing line to rush toward—only a life to live rooted in what God has done.
Day 31 — John 10:10
“The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.”
Reflection Prompt:
Where do you see evidence of abundance in your life—and where might God be inviting you to guard what He has restored?
This Scripture journal is for anyone whose health has declined and who wonders if God still heals, through daily writing and prayer you reconnect with His restoring presence, begin and notice renewed strength within.
