40 Days of Health & Healing
Week 5: Endurance, Peace, and Sustained Strength
A Beginning Rooted in Strength
As we enter this fifth week, our focus turns toward endurance—not endurance fueled by pressure or self-reliance, but endurance grounded in God’s presence and faithfulness.
Healing is not only about restoration in a moment. It is about learning how to remain steady through difficulty, uncertainty, and the ongoing demands of life.
This week reminds us that sustained health is supported by refuge, rest, peace, and God’s continual strengthening hand. We are not promised ease—but we are promised to be upheld.
This Week’s Scriptures & Reflections
Move through these days at your own pace. There is no catching up—only continuing.
Day 25 — Psalm 91:9–10
“Because thou hast made the Lord, which is my refuge, even the most High, thy habitation; There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling.”
Reflection Prompt:
This passage speaks of dwelling, not visiting, God’s refuge. What daily rhythms or choices help you remain anchored in Him rather than returning to cycles of strain or fear?
